Strategic CX & Innovation Studio

RAVENco is a strategic CX and innovation studio that identifies insights and opportunities, then develops, tests, and launches solutions — often as spin-off ventures.

The studio explores real customer and business problems, turning them into practical products, platforms, and experiences. In some cases, this work is delivered directly through a small number of CX consulting engagements with owner-led businesses and wineries.

Solutions

KEYKEYE

An operating system for turning customer signals into owned responses.

ReviewChallenge.site turns collecting Google reviews into a fun, team-driven challenge.

Designed for service-based businesses, it transforms review requests into a visible, motivating competition — boosting reputation, SEO, and team confidence. By gamifying the process, staff gain confidence in asking for reviews and celebrate wins together, creating a culture of recognition and shared success.

How the Studio Works

RAVENco operates as a small, focused studio. We take on only a handful of client engagements each year to ensure depth, clarity, and real progress.

Rather than running large programs or high-volume client work, we work selectively with businesses where we can meaningfully improve how decisions are made and acted on.

If you’re exploring a potential engagement, the first step is a short conversation to understand your context, priorities, and whether there’s a strong fit on both sides.

FAQS

What exactly does RAVENco do?

RAVENco is a strategic CX and innovation studio. We identify insights and opportunities, then develop, test, and launch solutions — often as independent spin-off ventures. Some work is also delivered directly through a small number of CX consulting engagements.

Are you a consultancy or an agency?

No. RAVENco is a studio.

We don’t operate as a traditional consultancy or delivery agency. Most of our work focuses on creating new products, platforms, services, and ventures. Consulting is a secondary activity and is intentionally limited.

What kinds of things do you build?

Depending on the opportunity, this may include:

- New ventures or brands

- Digital platforms or tools

- Customer experience concepts or formats

- Discovery, reputation, or growth systems

- Domain-specific solutions (e.g. wine, hospitality, professional services)

Each solution is developed to stand on its own — not as a one-off recommendation.

Do you work directly with small businesses?

Yes — selectively.

RAVENco undertakes a limited number of CX consulting engagements with owner-led small businesses and wineries, typically where there is a clear opportunity to explore, test, or develop something new.

Capacity is intentionally limited.

What’s the difference between RAVENco and RAVENco CX?

RAVENco is the parent studio.

RAVENco CX is one of the studio’s activities — the arm through which direct CX and innovation consulting work is delivered. Other studio outputs take the form of independent ventures or platforms.

Do you only work in CX?

CX is a primary lens, not the only output.

Many RAVENco ventures are informed by customer experience insights, but the studio’s work spans innovation, discovery, products, services, and business models — not just CX optimisation.

Is this for startups or established businesses?

Both.

Some work results in new ventures or early-stage products. Other work supports established small businesses, partnerships, or industry-specific innovation — particularly where there is appetite to explore new approaches.

How do engagements usually start?

Most engagements begin with a short conversation to understand:

- The problem or opportunity being explored

- Whether it’s best addressed through a venture, a system, or advisory work

- Whether there’s a strong fit on both sides

There’s no obligation and no standardised sales process.

Do you take on many clients at once?

No.

RAVENco works with a small number of engagements at any given time to maintain depth, focus, and space for genuine innovation. This applies to both consulting work and venture development.

If I’m not sure which part of RAVENco is relevant, what should I do?

That’s normal - We do things a little differently and thats our superpower!

If something on the site resonates — a venture, an idea, or the studio approach — the best next step is simply to get in touch. We’ll help determine whether there’s a fit, and where.
